A practical conversation for board leaders on ensuring water safety is considered, resourced and risk-ready, whether or not your Club operates a pool.
This webinar will help board members understand their oversight and strategy role in preparing every Club to advance water safety. With guest speaker Karen Cohn, co-founder The ZAC Foundation and BGCA trustee, participants will explore how boards can support planning, investment and readiness for water safety programming. Board members and CEOs are encouraged to bring this conversation into annual planning by asking how their Club will resource and ensure water safety efforts that protect young people in their community.
