Future Ready is the Boys & Girls Club Movement’s shared strategic direction. It calls for us to be better, bigger, and bolder, with goals focused on quality, outcomes, and growth. If we are to reach our Future Ready goals as our mission calls us to do, we must share new and innovative ways of operating Clubs. Boys & Girls Clubs are becoming more sophisticated; there’s a greater need for back-office support, technology expertise, and infrastructure. As a result, we are seeing an increasing emphasis on forging strategic partnerships and collaborations between Boys & Girls Clubs and other organizations to fuel growth, enhance impact, and create efficiencies.
