The Board Member Academy is a two-session virtual program that will introduce the roles and responsibilities of Boys & Girls Club governing boards. By the end of this training, you will be able to describe the role of the board and the role of individual board members; the board development cycle; the Board’s role in Resource Development; and how to create a culture of safety. Each session will be a live, interactive virtual experience.
