 governance structure and provide board members a platform to initiate and 
 review ideas\, suggestions\, and proposals for National Council considerat
 ion. Each local Boys &amp\; Girls Club organization appoints a board membe
 r who represents the local Club by providing feedback on important strateg
 ic issues\, and ensures that their Club reviews\, discusses and adopts a f
 ormal position on issues of Boys &amp\; Girls Clubs of America governance.
  Each session will be a live\, interactive virtual experience. Appropriate
  for new Area Council Liaisons or those wanting a refresher.\n
