As a board leader you know that in every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. Thanks to you and over 25,000 other board members in local Boys & Girls Clubs, over 4 million kids have a place to go and a way to grow.

Your investment in your Boys & Girls Clubs offers that and more. Your help and professional leaders insure Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.

www.bgcaboards.org was designed to provide a web based process for distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire, and engage Movement based board leaders – with the objective of driving transformational change assistance, information, and support for local Boys & Girls Clubs in a fast paced, data driven, service environment.

This easily navigated web based tool seeks to leverage the board governance and transformation principles through a mobile friendly, social media connected, board content facilitator; employed at any and all stages of “need for information” by board leaders.

Join us our journey, for more than a century, Clubs have helped put young people on the path to great futures.
